• No parties Hen or Stag.

• No pets (dogs, cats, etc).

• No noise after 11pm.

• No smoking in the pods.

• Muddy shoes/wellies to be kept out of the pod.

• BBQs to be used on the designated area only.

• No open fires or firepits on site.

• Children must be supervised at all times and not be left in the pod unsupervised.

• Children must be supervised on the site playground equipment at all times. The owners accept no responsibility..

• Strictly no Kite flying or drones to be used on site due to overhead electrical lines.

• Behaviour on Park. Our park is a family holiday park so please ensure your behaviour and that of your party is appropriate and not noisy, offensive or likely to cause any harm or upset to other guests, residents or property at the holiday park. If we feel your behaviour is illegal, offensive, disruptive or inappropriate or is disturbing other guests, we will ask you to leave the holiday park and no refund will be given.

• We would like to make sure you have an enjoyable holiday with us, please make sure you point out any problems to management during your stay so we can rectify any problems straight away. We are available most of the time as we live next to the site. Failure to do so will result in no refund.

• Lead persons making the booking  (a “lead person” is the person making the booking) must be over 21.

• All vehicles are brought onto the holiday park at their owners risk and the Holiday Park owners do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to these.

• Use of your holiday pod.

• You are required to take good care of your holiday home whilst you occupy it. At the end of your holiday you must leave your holiday accommodation thoroughly cleaned and tidy and free of all rubbish which must have been placed in the bins provided. We will take legal action to recover the cost of damage sustained during your occupation and any additional cleaning charges we incur in respect of your failure to comply. We reserve the right to enter your accommodation, at any reasonable time during your stay, in order to inspect the condition of the accommodation or without notice in the event of emergency. The Holiday park owners do not accept any responsibility for the theft or loss of your personal possessions whilst on our site or whilst you are in your holiday home and you should take appropriate security measures to ensure against theft and or loss.
